Identification of pure crystalline pink salt:
PINKISH IN COLOUR:
The pink salt is slightly pink in color but not whole pink , if any salt is dark pink in color & claim its pink salt, it may be added adulterants or color.
SOLUBILITY :
The pink salt should be completely soluble in water & not to form any residue after solubility.
CRYSTALLINE IN NATURE :
The original pink salt should be in crystalline form, so that it is easy to sprinkle & less chance of adulteration.
LOW LEVEL OF SODIUM:
